Dr. Jim Tor is a Senior Partner at Wiloto Corp. Asia Pacific. Dr. Jim is a former Vice-President with John Hancock with both sales and training experience. Through his years of experience, practical expertise and his in-depth knowledge of organizational behaviour in all ranks, Jim possesses people-influencing and interpersonal skills that lend strong insight in his workshops, training programs and staff coaching and counseling work, that enable him to communicate effectively with employees of all levels, excelling in one-on-one as well as group sessions.

Jim has more than 30 years of rich and valuable experience specializing in the field of Total Organizational Development, Service Quality Management, Team Building and Managing change. His clients include organizations such as Shin-Etsu Electronics, Fumakilla, Asian Supply Base, Al-Bukhary, Road Builders and Siemens. Jim has the know-how of turning “intangible issues” into tangible causes resulting in accurate action steps to achieve desired results within short time frames. M. A. (Dana) Pamilih has 23 years’ experience working in the financial industry. He started his career at J.P Morgan and the County NatWest in New York specialising in the development of quantitative products for treasury and fixed income markets. After returning to Indonesia in 1989 he was responsible for the development of investment services and subsequently treasury management for Bank Niaga and Bank Papan Sejahtera in Jakarta. In 1996 he was assigned as the Chief Representative of Danareksa in London.

He started his consulting business in 1998, where he advised a number of international venture capital companies, developed financial training programs for the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and lectured at the graduate School of Management, University of Surrey, United Kingdom. Dana lately led a consulting team at the Asian Development Bank in the subject of Secondary Mortgage Financing. He obtained a MSc in Mathematics from the University of Texas and holds the Chartered Financial Analysis qualification.

Elizabeth has more than twenty years experience rendering professional services to company executives in national and multi-national companies. She addresses speeches in many universities and professional forums in several countries. Her expertise in public relations management has international recognition as the international jury of IPRA Golden World Awards since 1999.

Elizabeth is engaged in Clean Up the World Campaign, an environmental campaign under the umbrella of the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP) since 1993 when she served as Public Relations Head in Trisakti University. Focusing in public relations in-house training and consultancy, she established EGA briefings in 2001 and initiating Public Relations Week in Indonesia since 2005, a ten-year campaign in public relations professional activities.

She graduated from English Department at Padjadjaran University, a Master in Marketing and a Postgraduate in Public Relations at Stirling University in Scotland. She gained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Business Management from Northern University of Malaysia in 2004. At present, she is the Coordinator of Master of Management in Communication at Trisakti University.

Having completed Doctoral degree in Economics, Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) – Lettres etsciences humaines, from Lyon. Master program in Strategic Management at Université de Science et Technologiesde Lille (USTL). Undergraduate program at the Faculty of Economics, Gadjah Mada University. Since 1997 has been involeved as writer (mainly) in KOMPAS daily newspaper based in Jakarta. Since February 2006 up to now involved as a temporary member of GATE (Groupe d’Analyse et de Théorie Economique),CNRS UMR 5824 – Université Lyon 2 and ENS Lsh.

Prior to join Strategic Indonesia, he was a Temporary Research Fellow at Oxfam – Great Britain for “Project on Corporate Social Responsibility of Multinational Corporations in Indonesia”, a Temporary Research Fellow at the Business Watch Indonesia (BWI). Sigit Triyono ia the founder of Holistik Indonesia, Rafles Foundation and School Of Parliament Jakarta. Prior to join Strategic Indonesia he has intensive expreience in Strategic Management and Strategic Marketing area in big names company such as Dale Carnegie Training, Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk., researcher at LPEM-FEUI, Associate LPPM, and MarkPlus&Co Partner.

He is a Magister Management majoring in Strategic Management. Has some visit study visits on Human Resources Development & Conference at Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Hiroshima, Kumamoto and Kyoto (Japan), Singapore, Penang (Malaysia), Melbourne (Australia), Taipei (Taiwan, ROC), Shenzen and Hongkong (China). He has an extensive experience on Eccumenical Organization such as Youth Secretary and Director of PGI (Community of Churches in Indonesian) Crisis Center and also as General Secretary of Indonesian SCM 1994-1996 (GMKI). He has also background working as Program Manager on International NGO, CRS (Chatolic Relief Services) and Common Ground Indonesia. Prior to join Strategic Indonesia, He was working as outsourcing at DPR RI in supporting Fraksi PDS as Expert Staff.

Speak Japanese fluently, Erdin graduated from Faculty of Letter University Padjajaran, Bandung. Erdin is responsible for production activities related to the client such as organizing events, production of promotion material and marketing kit and concept for communication program.
